This is the South of France that shaped Gaby, and the one she wants to share with you.

Gaby first came to France for a year, but she fell in love with the South and stayed for nearly a decade. Seven of those years were in Montpellier, where she taught high school, cycled to the beach, and discovered the kind of beauty that lives in everyday rhythms: sun-soaked afternoons, slow dinners, vibrant markets, and landscapes that have inspired centuries of artists.

Now she's inviting you into that world. Six days between Marseille and Provence, moving through limestone calanques and open countryside, tasting local wines and painting in the fields that inspired Cézanne, riding horses through the wild beauty of the Camargue, and gathering around tables where the food is seasonal and the conversations linger.

It's intimate, intentional, and rooted in the places that still feel like home to her.

Gaby

Content Creator

I’m a Venezuelan-American content creator based in France. I originally came for one year as a language assistant, teaching English in a small city in central France — but I ended up falling completely in love with the country and never left.

I later moved to Montpellier, where I spent seven years. I studied there, became a high school English teacher, and spent my free time cycling to the beach, enjoying the sun, and discovering the beauty of everyday life in the South. It’s such a vibrant, underrated place, and I can’t wait to share some of my favorite spots through this trip.

Later on, I worked in marketing for a U.S. tech startup before building my own path through content creation. I now live in Paris, sharing my life in France through storytelling and everyday moments.

I’m especially excited to bring people back to the South — to the places that shaped me and still feel like home.

Detail Information

Language:

English, Spanish, French and some Italian too

Favourite Place:

Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone, Isla Margarita, Ischia

What creator likes:

Reading, exploring, great food, the sea, and anything under the sun

A French Summer Story

Day 1

Bienvenue à Marseille

Arrival in Marseille and transfer to our villa by the sea. After check-in, the afternoon is yours to settle into the rhythm: a swim, a walk along the coast, or simply time to rest. As evening falls, we gather for a welcome dinner at the villa — our first moment together, shaped by seasonal flavors and the soft Mediterranean light.

Day 2

Calanques Kayaking · Cassis Wine Tasting

A slow morning at the villa. Late morning, a trip to the Calanques, where limestone cliffs meet clear water. Kayaking to Port-Pin, moving between hidden coves and quiet swims. Lunch in Cassis, paired with local wines. The evening unfolds at the villa with a cozy dinner, shared conversations, slower rhythms.

Day 3

Aix Market · Watercolor Painting · Cooking Workshop

A gentle morning begins with Pilates at the villa. The group heads to Aix-en-Provence to wander its market and shaded streets, selecting fresh seasonal ingredients. From there, into the countryside for an open-air watercolor painting session in the painters' fields. A quiet immersion in the landscapes that shaped Cézanne's work. Back at the villa, those same ingredients come to life during a hands-on cooking session, followed by a mosaic-making workshop with a local artisan to close the day.

Day 4

Marseille Beach Lunch · Camargue Horseback Riding

The morning begins quietly. We head into Marseille for a relaxed beach lunch where the city meets the sea. In the afternoon, we make our way to the Camargue for horseback riding. Moving through open landscapes between sea, marshes, and wild nature, with a deep sense of freedom. Dinner follows, grounded and generous.

Day 5

Island Escape: Porquerolles

We cross to Porquerolles, where time stretches differently. Turquoise water, pine trees, soft island rhythms. After a day immersed in nature, we return to Marseille for our final dinner together in the city.

Day 6

Au Revoir, Provence

Our final morning is intentionally unhurried, with breakfast by the pool and time to savor the last moments together. A long goodbye brunch closes the journey — one last shared ritual.
