Sicily holds a special place in her heart — a place she returned to again and again, most recently on her final trip abroad before becoming a mother. The island’s warmth, softness, and stillness left a lasting imprint, and now she returns not just as a traveler, but as a guide.
This group trip is a chance to share a piece of that peace — to come together, slow down, and create memories in a place that feels like an exhale.

Arrival in Sicily
Welcome to Sicily. Guests arrive at Catania Airport and transfer to our villa, a peaceful countryside retreat surrounded by olive trees. As the sun sets, we gather for a welcome dinner offered by Espeeria — the first shared table of many.

Modica, Chocolate Experience & Cooking Class
We begin the day slowly, with a Sicilian breakfast and a creative workshop to ease into the rhythm of the week. before heading toward the baroque town of Modica. We stop for lunch at a scenic place, followed by a tasting at one of Sicily’s most renowned chocolate makers. The afternoon is spent wandering through Modica’s artisan shops and elegant streets. In the evening, we return to the villa for a cooking class and shared dinner with a Sicilian chef.

Mount Etna & Surprise dinner
In the morning, we travel to Rifugio Sapienza, the gateway to Mount Etna, Europe’s highest active volcano. We take the cable car and hike with a guide to the Crateri Sommitali, Etna’s upper craters. A picnic lunch of Sicilian specialties is enjoyed in this spectacular landscape. In the evening, we dine at the villa with a special surprise.

Wine & Light in the Hills
The morning begins gently with a wellness session. After a lunch by the pool, we head into the vineyards for a wine experience at a renowned wine maker, tasting volcanic wines among the vines. As the sun sets, we explore the energy of Catania and enjoy dinner at one of the most local pizzeria in town.

Siracusa and Ortigia
After breakfast, we enjoy another creative session before heading toward Ortigia, the historic heart of Siracusa. We wander through golden alleys and ancient stones, followed by time to explore, shop, and discover at your own pace. As the sun begins to set, we board a boat to reach a hidden coastal spot, where dinner is served with an outstanding sea view.

Farewell & Departure
We begin with a quiet morning and a final creative session. After a farewell lunch, we check out and transfer to Catania Airport — leaving with full hearts, and the lasting warmth of Sicily.

It brought together a group of like-minded people from all over the world. We became instant friends. Most of us are major introverts, yet we immediately felt comfortable and found so much to relate to, even though we all live very different lives.
Most of all, I really enjoyed making pizza together and sharing it with everyone at the beautiful accommodation in Noto. There was more than enough food, so it felt really generous and fun. I don't think I'll ever forget those memories.
This is the kind of amazing European trip I could never have planned on my own.
It was really the best holiday in a while with so lovely people. Everything went well, beautiful places, good food, best organisation. Thank you so much!
