Summering in Provence

Day 1

Bienvenue à Marseille

We arrive in Marseille and transfer to our seaside villa, where the pace immediately slows. After check-in, the afternoon is yours to unwind — relax by the pool, walk down to the nearby beach, or simply take in the Mediterranean light. As the sun sets, we gather for a welcome dinner cooked by Chloe alongside the Espeeria team — a first introduction to her seasonal, produce-driven cuisine and to the shared rituals that will shape the week.

Day 2

Calanques & City Lights

The day begins gently with breakfast at the villa, followed by an optional morning activity to awaken body and mind. Late morning, we head toward the southern edge of Marseille, where the city gives way to sea and limestone. Lunch is enjoyed in Les Goudes — a place where food, design, and the Mediterranean meet effortlessly. The afternoon unfolds at the beach before returning to the villa for downtime or a swim at Malmousque. In the evening, we dive into Marseille’s creative heart with dinner in Cours Julien, followed by a lively night out in one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

Day 3

Vintage Marseille & Golden Hour on the Sea

After a slow breakfast, we explore Marseille through local markets, vintage shops, and independent creative spots — a fashion-driven, everyday side of the city. Lunch is shared along the way, followed by time to wander and discover at your own pace. In the evening, we step aboard a private boat and drift toward the Calanques, with quiet swims, warm Mediterranean light, and a sunset dinner at sea before heading back as the light fades.

Day 4

Aix-en-Provence & Art Among the Vines

We leave the coast behind and head inland to Aix-en-Provence. The morning is spent exploring the city’s elegant streets, fountains, and markets, followed by lunch and free time to wander at your own pace. In the afternoon, we immerse ourselves in a unique Provençal landscape where vineyards, contemporary art, and bold architecture exist in quiet dialogue. We stroll through open-air installations, discover site-specific works, and enjoy a curated wine tasting — a refined expression of the region’s terroir and creative spirit. By early evening, we arrive at our countryside villa in Provence. The rest of the night is dedicated to rest, golden-hour views, and a shared dinner in a serene rural setting.

Day 5

Market Day & Cooking with Chloe

The morning begins slowly before heading to Luberon iconic Monday market. Together with Chloe, we explore the stalls, meet local producers, and select ingredients for our final dinner. After lunch in town, we return to the villa for downtime by the pool. In the late afternoon, the kitchen comes alive: a hands-on cooking workshop led by Chloe, transforming market finds into a celebratory meal. The evening culminates in a grand finale dinner — a shared table, seasonal dishes, and the essence of the week brought together.

Day 6

Au Revoir, Provence

Our final morning is intentionally unhurried, with breakfast by the pool and time to savor the last moments together. A long goodbye brunch, prepared by Chloe and the Espeeria team, closes the journey — one last shared ritual.
