After years of living in Korea — discovering neighborhoods, returning to the same favorite restaurants, and collecting the places to quietly send friends — Freya & Molly are opening up their Korea for the first time.
The twins know where to go. They know who to call. From slow palace mornings to neon-lit nights in Euljiro, from hand-brewed makgeolli to seaside coffees in Busan — we got you covered.
We'll move together from Seoul to Gyeongju and down to Busan and back to Seoul. Sharing meals, discoveries, and the kind of experiences you usually only have when traveling with friends who already know the place best.
Consider this your briefing. The case? Falling properly in love with Korea.
20 spots. October 2026. Trust the twins.
[What makes this trip special]
❶ Local Knowledge, Twice Over
ESPEERIA's Korea-based team brings on-the-ground expertise and local partnerships that make the difference between a good trip and an unforgettable one. Freya & Molly bring years of actually living here, knowing which streets to wander, which spots to return to, and which doors to knock on. You're not just visiting Korea. You're being taken in by people who call it home.
❷ The Korea You Came For
Seoul's palace neighborhoods and late-night Euljiro. Korean BBQ done properly. K-beauty and fashion from the people who actually know where to shop. Busan's coastline, Gyeongju's quiet history, and the café culture that Korea does better than anywhere. This itinerary covers everything you hoped Korea would be, and then some.
❸ A Group Worth Traveling With
Every ESPEERIA trip is built around the belief that who you travel with matters as much as where you go. With just 20 spots and a carefully curated group, you'll share this journey with people who travel the same way you do — curious, open, and genuinely good company. Some of the best parts of the trip happen at the dinner table (maybe over Korean BBQ and a few shots of soju).

Arrival in Seoul
Check into Creators Town, one of Seoul's most design-forward boutique hotels, and settle in. The group comes together for a welcome dinner and show to kick off the journey.

Seoul: Old Quarter · Korean BBQ · Euljiro
Start slow with a morning walk around Gyeongbokgung Palace, then make your way to Seochon — one of Seoul's oldest neighborhoods, traditional Joseon-era houses keeping their presence gracefully. A traditional temple food lunch, followed by a hands-on makgeolli making class and tasting. In the evening, Korean BBQ the way it's meant to be eaten, then out into the neon-lit streets of Euljiro.

Seoul: River · Shopping · Hongdae Night
Start the day with a slow morning, then a brief hike up one of the mountains surrounding the city. An afternoon of free time in Seongsu — home to Gentle Monster, pop-ups, and showrooms worth getting lost in. Dinner at Mangwon market, then a night out in Hongdae.

Seoul: K-Drama Dream
Start the day with a Korea glow up: morning yoga and a k-beauty session. Then a bike ride along the Hangang River, ending with chicken and beer — yes, the Chimaek! Light dinner and drinks in the evening to close the day.

Train to Busan · Gyeongju
Board the KTX and watch the Korean countryside roll by. A stop in Gyeongju — Korea's ancient capital, often called the museum without walls. Then continue down to Busan. Check in and head to Gwangalli for dinner by the sea.

Busan: Beach · Gamcheon Culture Village · Craft Beer
A slow morning and coffee date by Gwangalli beach. Afternoon adventure to Gamcheon Culture Village, Busan's most iconic hillside neighborhood. Then Jagalchi market, Korea's largest seafood market. Evening at a local brewery, soaking up Busan's bustling craft brewery culture.

Busan: Temple on the Cliff · Café & Vintage Hunt · Seomyeon
Morning visit to Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, a Buddhist temple perched right on the sea. Afternoon vintage and café hunting in Jeonpo — Busan's beloved café district. Then a Seomyeon night out to celebrate the last night in Busan.

Back to Seoul
KTX back to Seoul and check into the Mondrian, a five-star send-off for the final night. A free afternoon to wander, shop, or simply sit with it all. A grand dinner in the evening to share memories, stories, and everything in between — then a cheers to end it all properly.

Goodbye Korea
Start the morning slowly — one last coffee, a quiet stroll, or simply a moment to soak in the rhythm of the city. After days of shared meals, laughter, and discoveries, it’s time to say your goodbyes to our trusted twins and the mates who made this journey special. Safe travels. Oh, you're already planning your return?
